Good find
Just for fun I measure its length @ 400ft. Should measure 130 to 138 ft. This is obvioulsy an aerial photograph and not a satellite image. The plane is 18 miles from Burbank and greater than 25 miles from LAX so we can assume its at least 3,000ft if not higher.

From this we can calculate that for 3,000 ft the camera is 4,500ft:
for 4,000 ft camera is 6,000 ft
for 5,000 ft camera is 7,500 ft
for 6,000 ft camera is 9,000 ft

If you look to the north of the plane, you will see Oat Mountain, which has many radio repeaters for the San Fernando Valley. Mulholland is actually to the south of Ventura Blvd.

Correct. That is the Oat Mtn. radio site. Mulholland is 10-15 Miles South of here. I spotted this jet months ago while looking at my radio site. This is a North AND South bound corridor for Burbank (BUR), and I commonly see aircraft at 6-8k' (est) fly over Oat. I think this is a real satellite pic. and a good "Where's Waldo" find.
