Moors Murders

Hi there,

Just thought i would let you all know i used to live in Hattersley 5 minutes away from the moors murderers, I moved there nearly 30 years after the fact.

After they were arrested, the house was let to a number of couples that all reported hearing screams and crys in the attic and they did not stay there for long, so it was decided that the house should be used as a council repair office, but again the screams and crys forced them out, this went on for two years when finally it was demolished and now the house next door has a huge garden.

It's a pity this placemark is so inaccurately located...the actual site is some 500m to the West on Wardlebrook Avenue and correctly marked by someone else.
