The city of Perm in Russia is one of Russia's largest cities with a population of over 1 million.
More importantly though, it is the home of Google Earth's very own Master Craftman Valery Hronusov.
Here are 4 webcams displayed in each corner of the Google Earth viewer.
The webcams are from webcam.perm.ru.

I update snapshots of webcams.
On site positions and directions place with small errors.
Now it is fine.
P.S.
Translation with webcams goes at a rate of 20 frames per second.
You can update time of refresh.

I have updated the file so that it will refresh more often. I had <refreshInterval> in the wrong place.

Yes. I hope it is temporary trouble on server.
2-3 weeks before i change links and now one link is broken.
