Adding video
      #1178862 - 05/29/08 08:39 AM

Is there a way to add video in youtube, but not geotag it, and then add a video placemark in GE (ideally a video icon), where when clicked on it will load an play in GE just as if it was a geotagged youtube video?

IOW, I would like the same ability as what is currently available by geotagging a youtube video, but don't want to share the video taken with the rest of the world. I want it to be closed loop so to speak.

Even more ideal, would be the ability to limit access to the video, because as well know, one person could simply save the KML information and re-distribute. Perhaps if the video where accessed via a network link, and the network link address changed every so often?

Maybe someday we will get secure KML?
