License Limits for Google Earth Imagery?

hi,
i have tried to search for limits on the use of google earth pro but could not find it yet...
maybe some of you guys know?
if i integrate my gis layers on a google map for my client ...will this violate any license agreement?
i found on google maps that users could not export the image as part of any commercial product.
is this the same for google earth?
if yes, then what is the use of subscribing if the data backdrop cannot be integrated into my work for my clients?
just a thought?
