Western Canadian Legal Land Survey Overlay -Twn Rg

I was wondering if anyone might know where I might be able to find an overlay of the Western Canadian Legal Land Survey System giving township, range, section, quarter section, and meridian.

Currently I am using Autocad 3D map for these purposes, but would like the option of using Googe Earth.

Does anyone know how this is possible. It seems as though it was attempted,

but the data does not work.
