The small part of the Theodosian Walls which make a small curve inwards and then outwards and then continue in the general southerly direction. But why this pocket?
This span near the Mihrimah Camii is the highest elevation of the Theodosian Walls (c 77 m). You can see it stretch towards the Golden Horn and the Marmara from around here.
