Check this out...
I think its an oil base/military testing grounds.
If you look closely you can see that the whole area is bordered off, with 2 giant walls and a barbed wire fence.
Just north (near to iraq) is alot of oil rigs that have been set on fire. you can see the smoke. Check out the film "JarHead" for an interesting view.

Tell me what u can find that i may have missed. There is too much to look at!
