Google Earth Community: Big Sur - Basin Complex Fire NASA Image

The attached NASA KMZ overlay shows the Basin Complex Fires near Big Sur California. The overlay is a NASA provided false color ASTER image from the Terra Satellite taken this past week. One interesting aspect is that in four of the fires, you can see flame through the smoke!! Check for the small hot orange spot showing through. The blue-grey areas are areas already burnt by the fires.
