Mpeg notified me of this Impact Crater that was discovered on Google Earth.

I can't find any mention or reference to it anywhere or on any maps or charts.

It has been verified as a crater. See this thread started by Ogle_Earth.

I don't want to upset anyone but I did not find this site first. It was brought to my attention by Andrew Glikson from Canberra. As you can see he attributes it to a Arthur Hickman.

I'm sorry if I misled anyone, but I can't take credit for it. Its the way things on the Google Earth forum work which may have tripped me up.

The article that explains it all was only released yesterday so all we have to do is change the name of the crater in the original post and everything should be honky-dory !
