Nasa's 'Our Earth as Art'

If you haven't yet seen Nasa's magnificent 'Our Earth as Art' site, then you don't want to miss this:
Our Earth as Art

It is a website dedicated to showcasing some of the most spectacular images of earth taken by the Landsat-7 and ASTER satellites.

I've attempted to find the equivalent views in GE of those images in this collection of placemarks. I wasn't able to find every one (many are cloud formations, for instance), but I did get most.

Each placemark has a link to the image and explanation of the view. I found about 5 locations that had already been placemarked, but since I was trying to reproduce the view, and provide the background link, I thought nobody would mind.

Now all we need is for someone to create overlays with these images that adapt to GE's terrain feature...
