Green Swamp - Home to Venus Flytrap

The Green Swamp is a large pine forest approximately 20 miles southwest of Wilmington. It is one of the few places in the world to find the Venus Flytrap and other carnivorous plants in the wild. At this location there are walking trails from which the carnorous plants, along with aligators, black bears, and other wildlife can be found.
