Hubbard Glacier, Potential Ice Dam

I work for the U.S. Forest Service in Yakutat, Alaska. We are experimenting with incorporating Google Earth into our web site. There have been a few other posts of the Glacier itself. We are using a formatted place mark here to explain a little about the potential flooding that might be caused by the formation of an ice dam across the outlet of Russell Fjord.

I hope for this to be a short series on this topic. Please let me know if you find this style of place mark informative.
