Hi all,

Here is a collection of Palaces and Castles worldwide.
I'm planning to grow it.

How fast can we find more castles? Can you help me with that? Do you know some castles or palaces near you? Or maybe in your country or state? What are they, who founded them, who do they belong now?

Descriptive info and links to wikipedia-like resources about your castle is also very welcome

And please-please-please, when you post here a new castle, post also exact name of it and coutry/state/city location. It will give more power to the collection.

Here are screens of already collected castles from Google Maps and links to descriptions of each at The Maps Explorer resource. See all collection in attached kmz. Have fun.
