Ok I talked to Dennise at Berg's Towing in Bismarck and she said " IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY HE GOT TO FAR OVER ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND FLIPPED OVER " If you look you can see where he pulled over and tryed to pull out
