On your profile, when you log in, it says the community sees me as a tourist. Is there a status that comes after tourist, and how do you get there. Do you need to participate in the community for so long and post so many things to get there. Just curious... or maybe everyone is a tourist. Thank you!

The most common title after tourist is Explorer or Gamer. To get the title Explorer you need to explore GE, find interesting things and share them with the community. The gamers receive their title after an effective participating in Fun and Games. That means to solve some puzzles and make some interesting ones for the others.
But title or not, I think the most important thing here in the GEC is that we can learn something and that we communicate not in a religious or political way to people around the world. All members here will get the same attention and help when they have questions or problems.
These are the titles in alphabetical sequence:
Artist Builder Cartographer Classified Collector Collection Editor Collection Master Craftsman Explorer Explorador Mestre (Master Explorer) Extreme Explorer Frequent Flyer Gamer Gaming Maestro GPS Guru Guide Inspector Detector Inspector Gadget Key Master KML Guru Master Master Achiever Master Arctic Guide Master Aviation Guide Master Bard Master Blogger Master Cartographer Master Chronicler Master Craftsman Master Diplomat Master Educator Master Guide Master Gamer Master Policeman Master Translator Master Webmaster Master Wizard News Reporter Searcher Scraper Guide Storm Chaser Supersonic Explorer Sysop Sysop Emeritus World Explorer World Cartographer

Felippo -
Thanks for the list! I've wondered what all of the titles are and now I see I have a lot to aspire to...I'm thinking Sysop Emeritus might be my goal. Now I have to find out what a sysop is...

Later: Oh. I definitely can't be a sysop.

I'm especially intrigued by notions of a mysterious shadowy subculture of Google Earth Community denizens who carry the title of "Classified". Their secret posts lurk within our threads, easily read by them, but invisible to the rest or us.
