Probably. It's much the same size and config as a Boeing 737, so it's hard to tell at this res. However, the A320 has the widest fuselage of any single-aisle aircraft, and it also has a definite "sting" at the rear of the fuselage, which the 737 lacks, so I reckon you're right.

In any event, it's original, and I've added it to the DB
