How does this update? The latest information I see is for November 27th, 2005. There are several standalone programs that do the identical thing using Keplarian Elements that do not require a server.

The software I am using matches up with where NASA Select shows the ISS. This data layer shows it in a completely different place.

I'm not sure if everyone understands how satellites are actually tracked in space.
