In Belgium we name this building “le caprice des dieux” (the whim of the gods) because it look like a well know cheese in Europe and also because it cost a lot of money to the people of Brussels.
So I’ll try to do my homework but at first I must find the plans and some technical data and this it not so easy, I like to make model with a max of accuracy.
For example the rocket is exactly the same in dimensions, speed and even colors of witch one Tintin, capitain Haddock and their friends left on the moon . . . yes yes I guaranteed it to you
