All of Foothill Rd west of 4-corners is closed to motorized traffic (except service vehicles). To get to the Radio Towers, you'll have to go by foot/bike.

From 4-corners, head west on Foothill Rd for about 1.5 miles. Once you stop climbing, look for a road sweeping about 180° to your left. It should have a closed red gate across the road. Head up this road for a little under 1/2 mile. Some of the road is pretty steep, and it's usually covered with large rock to help service trucks get up.

Once at the top you can see great views of Moscow, Pullman, and surrounding communities/mountains to the south. It goes without saying, but just in case...don't play on the towers and respect the property up there. Pack litter out and keep the place nice for others to enjoy.
