This version provides 1,600+ mislocated placemarks from Wikipedia articles. Corrections in those articles will be entered as time permits.

About 300 of them are communes from the French departments of Calvados (14) and Manche (50), which were miscoded in Wikipedia as east of the Prime Meridian. The reflection of the red mislocated placemarks into the blue correct locations is clear:

About 100 of them are from the Basque region of France

For the same reason, 100+ placemarks from Argentina appear in the Indian Ocean, and many from the United States are spread across Asia. In a reversal of that pattern, many placemarks in Fiji which should be in the eastern hemisphere appear incorrectly in the western hemisphere.
