Re: Unforeseen costs of the global economy

These unforeseen costs should be considered as foreseen costs and should be calculated. The fuel producers should pay the calculated costs. I know what most of the people think about this: Then fuel will become more expensive. You know what? Why should we pay these costs? We use cars to go to work or to explore or to help our parents or our children. We buy products that were shipped and carried with camions from distant locations. There are no alternative cargo carriers available yet. There are numerous good ideas but all of them are choked by the oil lobby. Lets those pay the costs who earn money on this business. Another example: I have no alternative option for traveling. I’d love to go with electric car but today it is not possible. Oh how I wish that the combustion engine would have the same faith as the steam engine! These costs must be paid and those have to pay it who already earned themselves fat out of this business.
I am tired of all this. We keep on talking for years now about these costs and not a leader was brave enough to solve the above problems politically: Fuel producers should pay more tax but at the same time they should not allowed to raise fuel prize. I am sure they would not spend money on the development of cheaper drilling technologies to bring up more oil, instead they would turn their attention more on new environment friendly solutions. If they won’t sell fuel for a low price when their taxes are higher then I wish them to drink it. OK the taxes on the fuel producers should be continuously elevated in a five year interval to allow them time to change their company’s profile.
