I keep checking this thread to see what people have come up with. I keep being surprised there aren't more replies. But, today I thought it must be such a daunting question to answer, that if I can't think of a plan, maybe others can't, either!

The only thing I know for sure is that I wouldn't be giving any money to any government schemes in any country.
