Hi, I found this sundial on GE. The diameter is about 7 meters.

It is located in Neuhausen (Germany), very close to the Neuhausen training center of the THW (German federal agency for disaster relief): buildings are about 60 meters and the fake debris area is about 100 meters to the west of the sundial.

I don't know if the sundial belongs to the training center. But I'm attending a course there next week, so I probably will have the time to take a look and maybe a photo of the sundial.
