Great Yarmouth Priory - you've hit the current school site instead of the priory, which they moved out of several years ago. The priory church is still the parish church, slightly to the north and unmissable due to its size; the frater is just south of the chancel, pitched roof on a roughly E-W alignment (but not parallel to the church).
