Point Roberts, Washington, is a unique American town, about 2 miles square and located on the end of a peninsula that juts south from British Columbia. The only land route is a border crossing from Canada. Your map shows the Point Roberts border crossing, but has it a couple of miles south of the border at the end of the peninsula.
But even Google Earth seems to have it wrong! The US/Canada border runs along the 49th parallel, but GE says the crossing is at 49 00 07 N, 123 04 05 W. Since one second of arc on the earth's surface is about 100 feet, GE seems to be off by about 700 feet.
