Each update finds fewer and fewer of these magnificent planes in the Google Earth sphere. And these may in reality be gone to the grinder ( being composite material they are not recyclable) since Ge images are often a few years old. Some have made it to museums and Burt Rutan still flies his, as far as I know. But most go to Pinal and then are gone for good. But five locations remain and one or more of the airworthy ones may show up somewhere else on GE someday. |
