I don't believe that covers a private forum such as this that you have to subscribe to and agree to their T&C before using...and sensorship is part of their powers...

Jim is right, the First Amendment only covers government. Private entities like this forum can "censor" anything they want. In any forum many of us will, from time to time, have a post that gets deleted by moderators for violating T&C.
