That is some seriously distant faint stuff. The total thing is 20 arc seconds across (very small). When you blow it up to see the individual knots, it's pixelated. It could maybe be a distorted ring galaxy, or a group of galaxies, Or it could be one of the many artifacts created by the various cameras, etc used to construct GS -- I don't like the nearly straight southern edge or the sharp right angle in the southwest corner. If it is a galaxy or galaxies, they're too far away to be in any catalog.

Look up just to the northeast at 0:37:41 -33:42:57 -- there's a very nice ring galaxy with two small galaxies nearby. I wonder which one punched through and created the ring galaxy? I would guess the blue distorted one furthest north. The northern yellow galaxy has a fairly normal look.. The yellow core of the ring galaxy I almost thought was separate, but you can see that there are wisps attaching it to the ring.
