WMAP cold spot hole in universe

try entering into google earth sky
03 11 00.00 - 20 36 00.0
then google earth properties says lat long
-20.6°
-132.25°

I worked this by iteration to get the published location
centered at galactic coordinates lII , bII = 209◦, -57◦.
