Global transparent cloud map has a new home...

Hi all,

The folks at Google were kind enough to offer to host the code which generates the global transparent cloud map, so it should be working again now.

Here's the updated link. Enjoy!

This is really terrific. We can now see the present world-wide weather patterns without being deprived of seeing the features beneath. Thanks for making this available.

Yes, thanks to the Google Earth team for making this available again. Several people had complained at my blog when it stopped working. I've written a new blog entry about its re-introduction.
