Good spot - I don't think it has been place marked.
You should repost in TRANSPORTATION and then delete this post - or perhaps a moderator will move it there.

Great find indeed!
There are no visible Coast Guard Helicopters at CGAS New Orleans right now, but if this picture was taken one minute from then, we would have seen a beautiful HH-65 on the ramp.
Although, i think it is a LOT more fun to see it airborne.
