starter download for spreadsheet mapper not workin

I found this great tutorial on how to make a google map with customized balloons using the google spreadsheet Mapper 2.0 on: http://earth.google.com/outreach/tutorial_mapper.html
However, i get the following error message when trying to download the spreadsheet template: [1, 'We\47re sorry, a server error occurred. Please wait a bit and try again.']
What to do? Does anybody have the template and make it available?

Thanks David for contacting Google:
"Google replied that there seems to be a bug in Spreadsheets at the
moment stopping the link on the Outreach page from working, but this
workaround should work:
1. Open docs.google.com in a new browser tab or window.
3. Log In with your Google account (GMail or otherwise)
4. Try the starter spreadsheet link again... it should now open a new
copy of the spreadsheet as expected."
