Since the data on GE is already 2-3 years old how come only some areas are hi-res?
Can I make requests to have areas set for hi-res?
The areas of interest for me are already in hi-res in Virtual Earth so why doesn't GE have it?
If I can't make requests for hi-res imagery can I place an image map from Virtual Earth in GE, is there a how to for this that would allow me to be accurate based upon LAT/LONGs?

Unfortunately, users cannot make requests for certain areas to become high-resolution. The images in Virtual Earth may be from a different imaging company than the companies that Google uses for its database. I suggest you don't create your own overlay in Google Earth with an image from Virtual Earth. Copyright issues would be violated. Sorry, and I hope this clarifies many things.
