Soil Survey Layers?

Hi-
I was wondering if anybody can tell me where or how I can add a layer in My Google Earth Plus for showing regional soil types per state?
Or if this is even possible to find?

Welcome to our Community...
You cant create a layer. It is Google's job. But you can "start a new topic" and organize your work therein by posting with overlay attachments etc.
Our placemarks are uploaded to the database with 3-4-week intervals and they become those blue "i"s in the correspondent "Google Earth Community" layer to which forum you created your topic. But know that only simple icon-placemarks are uploaded and not the overlays.

Have you worked on this anymore?
The best info I find is: http://websoilsurvey.nrcs.usda.gov/app/
I am not sure how to get the data into GE.
