Where have my tracks gone?

I have just updated to the latest version of GE Plus (4.0.2737) and even though I can see my saved GPS tracks listed in 'My Places' when I click on any of them they are not displayed. This was working fine before I updated. I have noticed that I can 'fly' the tracks in the new version but would like to see the track lines on the screen.
I have read in other posts mention of a slider - one does appear at the top of my screen and I have tried moving both pointers to the left, both to the right and moving one pointer to each end of the slider but this does not appear to make any difference.
Any ideas?

Hello,
Welcome to the GE Community!
Yes, not having them enabled (the checkbox on the left in My Places) or not having them in view because of the time slider are normally the reasons why you can see them
Can you post an example to see if someone else can recreate the problem?

Try disabling the time slider: on the menu: view / show time / never.

Not all of my tracks even have the timeline slider. With those that do, I have tried turning the slider off but it doesnt make any difference, I still cant see the plot line.
Attached are two files - one is the KMZ file of a track that was displaying OK before I updated to the latest version - the other is an image capture from GE showing how that track was displayed in the old version.
All suggestions welcome.

I can see your Path fine in your KML file.. It is the same as your JPG version except your JPG version is a thinner Line..

Can I ask what release of GE+ you are running? I could see everything just fine until I installed the latest release. Did you need to do any special to view the track?
I suppose one option would be to uninstall everything and try reinstalling but I dont particularly fancy all the hassle

Here you go.... I was using an Older Version of GE Plus but have just Downloaded and installed the newer version..
There is some of your KML tracking on right.. Hope this gives you some clues. Oh and the track stays on no mater where the time slider is..
Attached is one of my boat tracks pulling the Grandchildren on the Biscuit.. Can you view that?

Well, thats the weirdest thing! I reinstalled the software and, loh and behold, all the tracks can now be seen! Must have been something strange with the original update install.
