csv import

Hi-
I just upgraded to Google Earth Plus and am having trouble importing a csv file from Excel. I'd like to import multiple addresses and have them show up in Google Earth.
I made a sample in Excel with 1 or 2 addresses to try. I get a couple of different errors, currently Table Open(0) Fails. Can someone help me through the process?
