printing images

Newbie---can't find it on these forums
When I hit print, all I get is a black print. I can email the image to myself, but this is ridiculous. What is going wrong? help appreciated .

Do you mean printing the posts in this community or do you mean printing within the Google Earth software?
Can you "Save Image" and does it look OK?
In any case, you need to make sure your printer driver and your video driver are up to date. Most people don't realize that the graphics driver is actually part of the screen printing process.

Thanks--if I save image, it will print. But printing from the google earth web bar only gets me a black rectangle.
