Infoscreen displays at start......is it possible?

Hello
Im making a treasurehunt for my pupils.
When they open the kmz file and google starts up on the computer, I want a window/screen to display where I have written some important info. How do I make such ?
Right now I just have a placemark, with the text "start here", but It would be cooler if a startscreeen was open by default, a bit similar to the tips and tricks startwindow that is showing bydefault.
Hope someone can help me.
