our company very interested to use google earth in our website and some application.. but we are didn't know how to implement it to our application ( like .NET, ASP, dll)

This is my question :
1. can Google earth pro / enterprise give us the resources like picture / map and place it to our server application?
in other words we hope our user / client can retrieve the map and any data from our server, not depend on Google Earth server..

2. where reference that can help us to implement it to our application / website?
