Everytime I click on "gallery" everything goes white. Nothing is visible. is there a problem with it. It's been this way for months. Thanks Heather |

Hi Heather, welcome to the GE Community. The Gallery and its contents are working just fine for everyone else as far as I know. You say you've had the problem for months, so that indicates to me that you may not be running the latest version of GE. If that is the case the first thing to try is to download and install the latest version by using the "check for updates" tab under the "Help" tab in GE, or direct from the GE download page HERE Or it could be that your broadband connection is a bit slow and not handling the load with all the layers, and sub-layers in the gallery turned on at the same time. Way to check this is to turn all layers off, and expand the gallery, then just select one or two of the layers in gallery to see if they load. If you still have problems, it is advised to visit the GE Support Group HERE Good luck and Cheers.
