Place Marks in the Sky

When I select Sky, I still get terrestrial placemarks that I placed on the Earth.
Maybe Google could fix that little bug?

hi roger and welcome round!
just uncheck mark's boxes in Places on the left side of your GE and you will see this is not a bug!

Well, I still think it is half a bug, because if I deselect place marks when in sky mode I lose all my celestial ones as well, and if I turn them on I get not only the celestial ones, but also the terrestrial ones.
I think the program needs a refinement which allows only celestial place marks to be shown in sky mode, and only terrestrial ones in earth mode. The star Segin from Cassiopeia is not in Alaska!
