Two Suns In The Sunset
|
Here a pair of stars, i can imagine a system near these two star, we get one sun and another after. Like a scientifc fiction movie.

If I remember my Introduction to Astronomy course correctly, I think that like 40% of stars are in double systems, and 10% are in triple systems. You could probably google up the correct percentages pretty easily.
I think that it's interesting that I think the same thing is true of galaxies, and of clusters of galaxies ...
