Who can I contact to work out why I can't see anything.? The help screens are just as useless. Please help, Strae. Sounds like you have opened an overlay or photograph over where ever you are looking. First thing to do is get you back to the start,, that is with no layers or placemarks, overlays turned on. All of these you will find in the places and layers panel at the left of your screen. Go through from top to bottom and un-check any of the little square boxes to see with ticks in them, this will de-activate whatever is turned on. With all that turned off, you should end up with just a plain view of the earth with no little i's or photos on it. If that works, then I suggest that you then go to the menu up top and click on Help and then click on User Guide and have a read of that before you head off back into the earth viewer.
