It has a green face with 2 black eyes and a half smile. it looks mad wierd

Looks like a booger on the exposed photographic plate or a couple fried pixels on the CCD.

There are many irregularities in the GE data that come from a variety of sources. None that I know of has anything to do with aliens, though.
