Yup, mouse works better!
Here's another question: if I pull back on the mouse to raise the nose, I would expect a stick position indicator such as the white cross to rise, not fall. Is it possible to alter the logic of this in one of the many ini files?

Hello Andy,
I noted this also in the 1st beta release, made it very wierd for one that keeps an eye on the horizon.
I just tried the FS with the newest release of GE and the inverted controll is now correct, F 15 liftoff now at approx 420mph, use to be approx 300mph.
Are you maybe running the 1st GE release with FS?

Says no updates available.
4.2.0180.1134
Same technique to get airborne. I find high bank angles at high g confusing. Revert to normal pilot skills and crash.
Great model work!!

my current ver. release states 4.2.0181.2634(beta) filename = Google_Earth_BZXD.exe
noted the older ver. f15 was nose up at aprox 300mph.
most recent ver. f15 nose up at approx 420mph,
the controls are much smoother in the new version (much!)
the small craft still goes into the weeds at takeoff !
**** the new version installs a GE toolbar updater (generates another system process), you might want to dump it from starting up

This animation will not run for some reason with the new GE release 4.3.7204.0836 (beta).
