Here are some KML files created by students at Middlebury College in Vermont. We want to share these files with the community to show how we have been using Google Earth and Google Earth Pro this past year. These files represent a substantial amount of independent work both in the ArcGIS environment as well as in Google Earth. The Catamount Trail Association (CTA) file lets users explore the Catamount Trail, a 300-mile backcountry ski trail that runs the full length of Vermont, and other associated layers. The Foodmapping files were made to help explore the college's food supply network. You can read more about the food mapping project here: Food Mapping. This particular post contains the first Foodmapping file. See the reply post for the CTA file.
