It's always good to leave a link. Remember that you are posting to the whole world. Many members may not be aware of a person or place well-known to you. They don't know why a person, place, or event is posted here without a little help.

Many places have websites about them, and a short search of the web will find those. A link to one or more of those sites in your post will make it more informative and will help other readers. Even a complete name for a location and its place on the planet ( country, state, city, etc.) is helpful.
