Has something to do with shiny rooftops like here
48°35'12.26"N 118° 3'8.66"W
and here
48°34'7.74"N 118° 2'40.61"W

No idea for shure but I think the light from the roofs reflected into the camera make a temporary blind spot, but again im not shure on that.
