Google Mars on GE is a separate server, only available for former paying users/subscribers of Keyhole 2.2 (before Google bought the software and changed the name). I might be mistaken but I think it is also available for Google Earth Plus users.

No, the Mars server is not available to any public server.

nice, but when i clicked on the DiSTI F-16 flight simulator uses World Wind Java link ( i love fighter jets) and gave me a broken link, stupid NASA!
